I have a bright and airy double room in Warrenpoint available from October 2025. You will also have your own private sitting room plus access to a shared kitchen and a shared shower room. Suitable for a professional person who is sociable but relatively quiet! You will be sharing with 1 man and his dog, so you must be an animal lover. The dog will not have access to your rooms.

There's a large, well maintained back garden with fabulous views, a separate garage for storage, off-street parking and excellent road links to local amenities. Newry is 5 minutes up the road, you're only a couple of minutes from Carlingford Lough, and the local pubs are a 15 minute walk, or a 30 minute stagger home on a Friday night.

The house has all modern conveniences: washing machine, tumble dryer ( which if used during daylight hours won't cost anything because I have solar panels), dishwasher, hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, electric shower w large cubicle and a push-button flushing toilet!

I'm looking for someone with a similar outlook as my own:- liberal minded, enjoys intelligent conversation but also likes the craic. I'd prefer a non-smoker but if you do smoke as long as you're happy to do it in the garden or standing at the back door it'll not be a deal breaker.

The double room has a built-in wardrobe, lots of shelving for books, ornaments etc and is tastefully decorated. It's not the Ritz but nor is it Steptoe's rag-and-bone yard either.

References from previous landlords and housemates are essential.
