Due to emergency circumstances I’ve had to leave the university and am needing someone to take over my tenancy!
6 bedroom house on Hull road all other housemates are friendly and sociable so wouldn’t have issues getting along with them!
All housemates are aged 18-20 so looking for a student that’s 18-21!
It’s a 15 minute walk from UoY campus and right near a bus stop so easy to get into town.
It’s £856 a month all bills included!
£375 for the deposit
