Looking for a student to take over my tenancy due to no longer going to the university. Small walk into the main campus near the Cardiff Student Union and near the Heath Hospital for healthcare students.
Its's a spacious room with an ensuite all for £575 including bills.
There's a shared kitchen with a lounge area, washing machine and appliances'. It is also furnished with bed, desk, cupboards, notice board and shelves.
I haven't moved into the place so will be clean and ready to move into, although I have viewed it and looked nice.
Due to no longer needing the tenancy I am looking for someone to take it over ASAP and so I can let the letting company your details.
