On a quiet street just 7 mins walk from Seven Sisters station (Overground and Victoria line)

Sharing with Beep the cat who enjoys sunbathing and treats and their owner, a talented painter and drag artist who incorporates improv comedy into their performances. They also find the time to hold down a job as a travel agent.
Our longest standing housemate is a fantasy fiction writer and great cook, who knows all the best spots to go for a walk or run.

Bills include fast virgin wifi, a weekly cleaner for all the communal areas, washing powder, herbs and spices, tea and sugar ☕️

There is no smoking indoors, although vaping is fine. We smoke in the garden which is lovely at this time of year and a nice chance to catch up.

Accessibility
The room is on the ground floor however there is one step at the front door and two steps leading down to the downstairs toilet, the kitchen and the garden. There is 20 steps leading up to the bathroom.
