Description
Hello Bristol people.
So, I have taken on and converted an old industrial unit in central Bristol (Gloucester road) to house my workshop and a few studios.
The idea was to build an inspiring space with loads of natural light that makes you want to be creative and productive. The walls between the studios and main area have all been made out of reclaimed windows and doors.
There are 3 smaller studios (200 squid pcm) and 3 larger ones (300 squids).
Each space has got its own unique character but comes empty inside for the residents to make them their own. I run a restoration carpentry business and do festival design/build work so I am very happy to (within reason) help the residents set up and build out their spaces to suit their needs.
Besides the individual studio spaces, there is a bit of shared space between the studios upstairs, a Kitchen/ bathroom/ chill area downstairs and a bigger open space downstairs also.
The studios are accessible 24/7 and available to rent immediately.
I’m excited to see what combination of crafts we can get into the unit, so if you think this might suit you, give me a shout and come have a look.
