Description
Hi everyone!
I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at a very nice student accommodation room in north London - IQ Highbury, in Finsbury Park. The tenancy start date is the 13th September 2025, and the end date is 11th July 2026 - perfect for a full time student looking for a place to live for the full 25/26 academic year!
The room itself has an ensuite, double bed, fully furnished with bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, shelves. The rent is £350 per week, but as a gesture of thankfulness if you were to take me up on the offer, I would cover 8 weeks worth of this (£2800) for free.
The accommodation itself is very well located for any London university, but particularly those that are more central - King's College, UCL, Imperial, LSE, etc. I have included two pictures of the room, and a picture of the kitchen that is shared with fellow London uni students!
If you are interested, please drop me a message and we can discuss further!
Thank you!
