- Close to Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Oseyo, park, tennis playground and gym.
- All bills included gas, water, electricity, council tax and broadband.
You will be sharing with a couple and 1 female (Ages: 27, 34 & 49 years old) who are friendly and professional.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is friendly, very clean, quiet and will look after the house as her home.
Preferred age between: 27 - 39 years old
First and last month rent required upon signing the contract: £700 each.
No deposit.
Parking available for extra.
Not suitable for cyclists.
