The property is approx 5 mins walk from Whitechapel Station which is very well connected and we are within walking distance of the City of London. The area has lots of restaurants, an excellent independant cinema, the Genesis, nearby and there is a gym within 2 mins walk of the front door.
I am a laid back but professional person really into music, films, sports and gaming.
The main livingroom has a 55 inch 4k telly, record player and standalone speakers. All this, of course, you can use whenever you want.
Some quick info, the property is council tax band D, elec is between 60 to 75 pounds a month each (120-150 in total) and broadband is approx 500 mb/s and costs about £22 each (45 in total) Total bills are approx £170 a month.
