Short term - King sized & Single room

The rooms are available for short term let’s from 1 month to 3 months.

Single room is £650
King room is £850 - extra for couple

This is to stay with me, Lou, Barney, the 43kg Akita/Staffy cross and BamBam, the tuxedo outdoor cat.
I enjoy comedy, smoking (outdoors), music and art.
I’m very laid back and have been hosting on different platforms for years with constant 5star reviews.
These rooms are suitable for short term rental and can include breakfast baskets, tea/coffee and milk on request.

The rooms are newly decorated with new duvet & sheets. Includes a king sized bed or good sized single, and lots of storage space.
The rooms come with private mini fridge & kettle.

The rooms have large TVs with Netflix, Prime, BBC iPlayer, YouTube Premium, Channel 4& ITV.
All bills and household products are included - cleaning supplies, TP etc.
I manage all cleaning duties, except for the bedrooms. Guests are just expected to tidy up after themselves in communal areas.

There is a space on the driveway or free parking on the road. Metro is 5 min walk from the house going direct to city centre, Sunderland, the coast and airport.
Metros are £17 weekly unlimited pass and they leave every 15 minutes.

Door to door in to Newcastle city centre on the metro is 25minutes.

Kitchen is available with air fryer, George Forman, hob, toaster and microwave.

Deposit can be negotiated.
Discount for front line workers, staying here for work obligations.
