I have two rooms to let in a beautiful, large old schoolhouse, near Bathgate. It has recently been refurbished with a brand new A-rated efficiency boiler and insulated fully. I have four bedrooms altogether and am fairly flexible about which rooms I let. All the rooms are double rooms. Ideally looking to share with one or two other females, or a couple.
The house in a beautiful rural area, it has a garage and driveway for parking two/three cars. From Bathgate the train takes 22 minutes to get to Haymarket, Edinburgh, so it is very handy for commuting. Pets are also considered.
