This flat is located 1 mins walk from Aldi and tollcross park and petting zoo are within few mins walking distance and also tollcross international renowned swimming centre and gym only 2 mins walk. Large double bedroom is available for £400 per month which includes all bills(gas,electric,council tax, wifi and communal close cleaning) and small bedroom available for £340 and again all bills included as stated above. Security deposit to secure any rooms will be 50% of cost of room and deducted from first months payments or returned on entry and first months payment will remain the full amount. Can pay by cash or bank transfer on the 14th of each month or alternatively can pay weekly which will be a quarter of full payment each week.
