looking for a new housemate for decent sized room in 3 storey house with a garden, driveway in a quiet neighbourhood in Lawrence hill BS5
Lidl, high street and the train station less than 5 minutes walk away, town centre about 20 mins walk as well.
Needs to be working full time for the agency to consider and able to put down a deposit-no students, couples or pets sorry.
Contract for 12 months, agency housing and co do house inspections every 3 months.
Rent is 431 a month plus bills (tends to be an extra 80-90 per month all in all) and tenancy starts on 4th july- I know short notice!
We're a pretty quiet and tidy house, we all get up to our own stuff and respect each others space but catch up for a cuppa or cook food together.
Remaining household
Ginny 31- Aussie without an accent, into nature, camping, meditation, cooking and a good ol rave. Sociable and always down for a cuppa and a catch up.
Tamara 30- Bristol born and bred, extroverted introvert who mainly keeps to herself but up for a good chinwag. Jewellery, Japan and useless facts are her language and partial to a Dad joke.
