We have our spare room coming available on the 31st August, Just off Piccadilly in the centre of York

Also very handy for University. We have the number U1 bus at one end of our street and the number U2 & U3 at the other.

The weekly price is £180 and it includes all bill's. We can make the room up as a double or single, but it's strictly a single occupancy.

We require 8 weeks' rent in advance (£1,440) . This total amount covers the first four weeks' rent and the last four weeks, so your next payment would be due four weeks after you move in. You can choose to pay this weekly or every four weeks, whichever you prefer.

This amount can be paid in two parts. The first payment of £720 secures the room for you and the second payment of £720 can be made on the day you move in.

Additionally, we require four weeks' notice when you wish to leave, and we will apply this advance payment as your last four weeks' rent.
