The current housemate is quiet but cooks regularly, he works in the ambulance service and is trustworthy and kind. He is a tidy person and so another tidy housemate is preferred.
Great transport links. 20 minute bus door to door to Stockport or goes to Ashton in the other direction. Closest train station is Hyde Central which takes you to Manchester Piccadilly and is 15 minute walk away.
Close to some lovely walks, hikes and a canal. Backs onto the bridle way. Close to Werneth Low Country Park too.
Plenty of on street parking in a safe area. Neighbours are lovely too.
The rent is £750pcm and this includes utility bills and council tax.
