Hi, I'm currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Liverpool, Kensington, a short walk to the city centre and university buildings.
The tenancy starts on the 1st of August and is £124 a week all bills included.
the three lads in the house are absolutely great and sociable!
