I stay only two nights a week at my flat Wednesday and Thursdays evenings, the rest of the time I stay at my girlfriends so lodger will have the flat to themselves majority of the week including the weekends.
I have a large double room with king size bed to rent in my flat - one bedroom is mine and the other bedroom room is available to rent.
The bedroom includes king size bed divan bed with drawers/ wardrobe/ chest of drawers/bedside table with drawers/laundry bag and airer.
Kitchen white goods (Fridge Freezer/Washing Machine/Cooker all under 6 months old.
Property is close to Southampton hospital (10 minute walk) close to Shirley High Street (10 minute walk) overlooking a lovely park which is ideal for walking.
I am looking for a professional working person who works full time who is quiet/reliable/non smoker
The rental will include all bills/ super fast broadband
