I have a newly refurbished house with three lovely double rooms available for rent, and I'm looking for three new housemates to share it with. I'm a live-out landlord, so you'll have your own space but can still reach me directly if you need anything.
The house is in a brilliant location, just a stone's throw from the big Tesco, DMU, and the city centre. All three rooms are spacious and bright, providing plenty of room to make your own.
The house itself has a large shared lounge, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and a nice little garden out back to relax in.
Rent for each room is £625 per month, with a £625 deposit required. This includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, and internet).
