Hi!
My boyfriend and I are looking for a new flatmate in our flat in the centre of Hertford!
The room comes unfurnished, it has a built in wardrobe. You can fit a single or double bed, and you can furnish it any way you like! It has a big window and it’s very bright.
The house has a little sharing living room, a nice bathroom and a furnished kitchen. There is space for your own stuff!
I (Carla) and my boyfriend have been living in this flat since September 2023 and we are now looking for a new flatmate because our current flatmate is moving to a different city. We have different rooms because our work shifts are very different, I work in a nursery and I commute 5 days a week to London and my boyfriend (Alberto) works in hospitality in Hertford.
We are looking for someone that is friendly and tidy, clean and enjoys a calm flat.
The flat has a dishwasher, a big fridge with freezer and a washing machine.
The rent is £750 (bills included) and £520 deposit.
