Hey! We’ve got a lovely big double room available in our chilled shared house. There's free parking on the street, and everything’s included in the rent.

We’re currently two easygoing guys and I (the homeowner) live in the room next door. We’re now looking for a third housemate to join the crew. Couples are welcome too – rent for a couple is £750/month instead of £600.

We’re all pretty conscious of energy use here – so we run limited heating in winter, but we’ve got you sorted with a hot water bottle, and I even throw in a brand new giant fluffy robe as a gift when you move in (seriously, it’s like a furry hug). No electric heaters allowed though – sorry!

We’re all about low-energy living: boiling only what we need, lids on pans, quick showers, and keeping lights and electronics off when not in use... You get it.

**The essentials:**

* £600/month (plus £600 deposit)
* All bills included
* Rolling monthly agreement – no references needed
* No TV licence included if you want to watch live TV, you must get your own.
* No smoking inside (but feel free to smoke outside – we’ve got an ashtray)
* No pets, sorry!
* Clean and respectful vibe – we clean up after ourselves and don't make noise after 9:30pm

* 30 seconds to the bus stop (7, 7a, 7s – buses into town every 10 mins)
* 12-min walk to Chapel Allerton
