I have a double bedroom for rent, currently furnished with a double bed, large set of drawers and a clothes rail.
The house has a total of 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and back garden.
Good transport links to central Gateshead, Newcastle and Chester-le-street.
Animal lover preferred as a little shitzu comes to stay a few times per week. She's the best part of the house and very chill!
I’m open to the idea of a short or medium term rental.
I’m pretty chill and tidy, looking for a housemate with a similar energy.
£500 p/m, including bills. £200 deposit.
