Friendly flat in a central location

Hello!

I’m moving out of this brilliant flat after a couple of great years here, so we're looking for someone to take my room.

We’re a five-minute walk from Kennington station, which is on both branches of the Northern Line, so getting around is incredibly easy.

It’s also a great spot for walking. I walk to my job in Westminster, and my flatmate walks to the City. The area itself is lovely, with Burgess Park and some great pubs nearby.

The flat is clean, bright and comfortable.

You’d be living with Cassie, Emily and Henry. They’re all in their mid-twenties, working in different fields (from psychology to compliance), and are all lovely.

It’s a very friendly and relaxed dynamic. Everyone is busy and has their own life, but we often end up hanging out in the kitchen in the evenings or heading to the pub. It’s not a party house by any means, but it’s a warm, social home.

The room is a good-sized double with plenty of storage and natural light. It comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. Unfortunately there's no living room.
