I’m looking for a professional female to share my flat with.
The bedroom is extra large and full of natural light. It’s a nice space to live in.
- Just a short walk to the station, city centre, and the beach, located in a quiet and friendly area.
- The kitchen is small but fully equipped, there’s a patio, and space to store your bike if you have one.
You’ll be sharing the kitchen, dining space, and bathroom with just me.
I value a clean and quiet home, so I’m looking for someone who will respect the space.
This is a peaceful flat, so it’s not suitable for hosting parties or gatherings.
I prefer a professional, but I’m happy to consider a student if it feels like the right fit.
One month’s deposit is required. All bills and broadband are included in the rent.
