I’ve graduated early, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Deposit already paid.
I’m offering this £1,000 discount personally, as the accommodation team has not been responding to my messages.
The contract runs from 6 Sept 2025 to 11 July 2026, with a total value of approx. £6,468 (£150/week).
I’m willing to pay £1,000 toward the rent if someone agrees to take over the full contract. The new tenant would then only need to cover the remaining £5,468.
