I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy for my en-suite room at Cambrian Point from 28th July to 12 September.
It is in a girls only flat so ideally looking for girls only.
Cambrian point is a Unite Students accommodation.
Location: Cambrian Point, Maindy Road, Cardiff, CF24 4HJ
20 mins walk from the university hospital/heath campus
15 mins walk from city road and SU
Lidl is 10 mins walk away
There’s some shops and food places nearby too. 10 min walk from Cardiff university
20 mins walk from city centre
gym and leisure centre about 5 mins walk from it too.
I’m also happy to send more pictures/videos of my room if needed

Shared kitchen with 3 other girls (most will be home for summer)

Included in the contract is access to a study room, laundry room, games room complete with a PS5 and pool table, free bike storage and access to vending machines and parcel room.
There is also a maintenance team who’ll fix any problems you may have during your stay here and are available 24/7.
£149 per week with bills included.
