We are a small family of 3 including 2 years old child. We are looking for a single person preferably to be our housemate. As it’s 3 bed house, 2 rooms are still vacant out of which 1 is single and other is double bedroom. The price in the advert is for single room and if needed, our new flatmate can choose double bedroom as well with the price negotiation.
