Hi my name is Katiya and I have a double room to rent at my 5 bedroom bungalow. I live with my 4 year old daughter who i have every other weekend and most week nights, she is a cheeky happy little girl.
I am looking for a female preferably. Someone who is tidy and not a party animal.
The street i live on is quiet and off the main road.
The area is called Redhall which is next to Whinmoor and is the centre of all roads and motorways in and out of leeds so the perfect location.
Bills included in the rent.
