Double room in girls Balham Flat

Well hello there future housemate!
We are looking for a new gal to join us at our wonderful top floor flat share in Balham as one of our own is heading back to the land of Aus very soon! The room will be available from Thursday 11th September.
The room advertised is a double with two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and tall drawers, as well as a space for a desk also if needed. It gets the afternoon/evening sun and is on a quiet street while only being a 6-8 minute walk to Balham tube and train station.
You will be living with two other girls (Ash 30 & Bre 34) Originally from New Zealand and South Africa ☺️
Rent is £970 per month with bills being £100 on top of that.
We share the cleaning as we don’t have a cleaner, but you only need to clean once every 3 weeks.
We are looking for someone who has a full time job, is tidy, quiet and respectful, but equally loves to have a chat and watch Netflix in the evenings after a day at work. Respect we all have our own lives too but would love to become friends over time ☺️ we are looking for someone 27-37.

About the area: Balham is a lovely area of London and is still close enough to central London being on the Northern Line (25 mins into central London) and close to 3 different commons!
