Lovely furnished double en-suite room in family house. We are a family of 4. We have 2 teenagers and work full time. We live in the countryside, but the house is only a 6 min drive to QMU. Edinburgh city centre is a 40 min bus journey. We have a very friendly labradoodle so must be comfortable around dogs. The house is large with a garden and shared kitchen/living room. Happy for students or professional. All bills and internet included. Female preferred.
