I’m looking for someone to rent a room in a 3 bedroom flat, starting from 1st September.
The rent is £450 a month with a £500 deposit.
Bills are not included but are usually £50, WIFI included.
The flat is in a great central location of Dundee city centre. It is walking distance to most places including the Overgate shopping centre, Dundee and Abertay University.
It is a flat of females all going into 3rd year of uni, studying bio-molecular sciences.
We are girls who are very clean and love to cook. Super easygoing and sociable. Our flat is cozy and friendly.
