THE ROOM/HOUSE
- Double bedroom on the first floor (2 floors total)
- Lovely afternoon/evening light facing a quiet alley, behind giant Sainsbury's/Mall area.
- Comes with bed, desk (TBC) and closet
- We got a garage to store bikes and a lovely garden.
- One bathroom only (4 bedrooms)

LOCATION
- Beautiful green spaces around: Finsbury, the reservoir, Clissold Park.
- Less than 5min from Haringay Green Lanes and many buses, 5-10min walk to Manor House. (The map looks wrong, we are on the east side of the park, not west)

WHO WE ARE
2f/1m 27-37, all hybrid working, from various corners of the world.
J. - from Nottingham, works in media. A seasoned traveler and our resident gardener. Speaks French, Spanish and Russian.
M. - from Australia, works in marketing, enjoys pilates/running, wine and supports the Spurs. Is always cold.
K. - from France, works in theatre and as tour guide. Into gardening, electro music and fixing up things around the house. On a mission to befriend every neighbour.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE
- CLEAN: we're good at keeping things neat for others, and have a weekly cleaning rota. We want someone who cleans without being asked.

- FRIENDLY: the kitchen is our living room. Though we're all busy and good at respecting each other's space, we enjoy a chat and occasionally share impromptu meals together. We'd love someone who sees the house as a home, not just a room they rent.

- CONSIDERATE: the house is a bit old (hello creaky floors and automatic fire doors) with 1 bathroom only. We all work from home at some point in the week. So someone considerate is a must.

We'd love someone international, ideally in their early 30s or so.
