Double bedroom to rent

Description

I am renting a double bedroom in a Victorian tenement flat. The flat is in a Partick area, 10min walking from Partick train station and subway, 5min walking from shops (M&S, Sainsbury, Home bargains, Mountainwearhouse, Cotswoldoutdoor). Also 5 min away is MacDonald’s. Good transport connection nearby.

The flat is on the third floor (four floors in total), no elevator. Mostly in the building live young people, who are renting. Still we try to keep it clean and load noise free.

Your bedroom has a double size bed, desk and a chair (not visible in the photos) and a walk in wardrobe, which gives a good amount of storage. It benefits from an east facing windows with a Glasgow university view. The rent would be £500 plus bills.

The flat has a big kitchen-living room, electric shower over the bathroom and the second bedroom.

I am searching for a mature, sensible person who would be looking after the flat as their own, who is a good communicator and finds easy to live in a traditional tenement, where noise isolation isn’t the best.

No pets or smokers.

Couples are welcome to contact me, but I would need to mention that the rent would be higher.

Bills are £100 per person (gas, electricity, broadband). Deposit: one month rent.
