Hi i have a small detached house not far from uni. area. Lookimg to poss rent the decent sized livingroom as a studio, the price is negotiable- ikea pull out double day bed, doesnt have wardrobe but chest drawers, built in cupboard, rent to one ( or even two guys) who would prevent any incidents, ill keep tbe single back bedroom but not sure how often ill be there . Its very quiet, the house is a dream, own garden, only prob is the folk nextdoor are disgusting low life bullying arseholes. Its v easy to deal with, but not so much on your own as if you get any problems you really need another witness. .Im a uni educated guy, musical, artsy, easygoing, similar would be good. Non smoking house, Someone working or at uni might be best.
