I am renting out 1/3 of my very large studio space for 1 or 2 other creatives (designers, artists, fashion, makers) - anyone who can keep their area contained. You would be sharing with me, an artist/designer, and my tiny dog, who mostly sleeps or sits on my lap during studio days. Unfurnished but if you need a desk there are plenty going around in the building. Just let me know, and I can keep an eye out.

£400/mo inclusive of wifi. Electric is every three months and shouldn’t be more than a 10er as electric is included in the price from 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday
