My family of 4 ( 2 adults & 2 children ) are looking for a new long term home in or very near Perth as our Landlord of 11 years is selling our current property. We are looking for a house or flat with at least 3 bedrooms and a little space for home working.
I am verified on OpenRent and Canopy and can provide the reports which also shows my credit score is great and what rent we can afford. We an have excellent current landlord reference.
Our current landlord will work with us to provide a convenient move in date.
