It is a bright, clean, top floor apartment, with lovely views and gets the afternoon and evening sun flooding into the living room which means it is not cold. The open kitchen, dining, and living area lends itself to study or family socialising. It is double glazed and central gas heating which both electricity and gas are monitored by smart meter. Current fibre WiFi is with talk talk. It has its own car parking space and visitors parking.
There is a large ensuite bedroom, a double bedroom and I currently have the third bedroom with a single bed. There is a large bathroom with shower above bath. All have double wardrobes. The location is in a well manicured building and gardens at the sea front end of Urquhart Road. AB24 5DN. It has a current HMO and I am a private landlady. Three females students have presently shared, all graduated this year. Flat is available mid August/September.
