There is entertainment, amenities, bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk away from the caravan just outside the park gates.

The site has a launderette with washers and dryers also there is ironing boards and Irons available to use.

There is a master bedroom with double bed and a double wardrobe with cupboards below and built-in mirror with smart TV. The single bedroom has a single bed with single wardrobe and chased of drawers in the lounge there is a dining area and opened plan kitchen smart TV with built-in dvd play and family dvds 🙂 the dining area turns into a comfy double sofa bed.

Pumped in hot and cold water there is a rest room with chemical portable tolet in with a sink and storage. ( sorry no shower)

The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster, full size fridge freezer, a gas cooker and oven and a stove kittle, small slow cooker, small air fryer, plats, cup, glass ware,frying pans, baking trays and all the utilities you will need for your stay.

To the front of the caravan there is a lovely spacious 4 foot verandah with awning that comes out for cover, two sun lounges a table and chairs. There is a clothesline if you wish to use it.

All the bedrooms have oil filled heaters on the kitchen wall there is a oil filled radiator in the lounge there is an electric fireplace and in the rest room there is a electric towel rail.

🟠Please be aware this is a non plumbed site so you will be required to empty the chemical portable tolet (if used) and waste water from underneath the caravan at the end of your stay. There is on site tolets and showers available 2 minutes walk away from the caravan cleaned daily by the site owner to a very high standard and open 24/7 🟠

🟠There would be a £75 security deposit to secure your date’s which is fully refundable as long as you do not cancel your holiday and pay the full amount 4 weeks before your arrival 🟠

We ask guest to refill the water butt with water at the end of there stay which takes 5 minutes 🙂
