I have a really lovely 2 double bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, lounge, kitchen, conservatory and low maintenance garden for rent. I am a private landlady and open to renting per room or the whole property. All bills to be included. I will require proof of income. Checkable landlord references or similar. I am a fair person and want to rent to good people who will respect my property. The all bills included situation is because I have been badly let down by previous tenants causing me a lot of problems both financially and practically. I am looking for a long term tenant I can have a good relationship with.
The house is part furnished to include bedroom and lounge furniture plus basic kitchen equipment.
The price advertised is minus bills.
