Looking for a 1 Bedroom Property to Rent

Hi everyone!

I am currently looking for a one bedroom property to rent in the Banbury area. I am hoping for a flat/maisonette etc. rather than a house share if possible.

I recently moved back to the Banbury area after living in Hull for just over 4 years, where I attended a Higher Education course studying Psychology, Criminology and Law. I rented a house with a family friend for the duration of my time in Hull, so can happily provide a reference on that front.

I am employed within the NHS, working in a private hospital, where I am currently earning a base pay of £24,000. However, I am working overtime to earn slightly more and this base pay is due to increase at the end of July. I can also provide a personal yet professional reference from my employer if necessary.

My credit score is not great at the moment, but I am working towards fixing this, I'm currently saving monthly and using direct debits to higher my score. However, I would be completely open and happy to work with a guarantor service, if required, for security reasons or for any other reason this may be beneficial for a landlord.

I work 8am/9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday, but will make availability at any time during the week for viewings if they happen to come up!
