Hello,
- I am a 27 year old female, polite, quiet and have slight OCD so very clean
- I would be paying through DHSS until I get a job BUT;
I can provide references, 2 guarantors, have savings, pass credit checks, pay deposit and 1 months rent upfront.
- I am looking for a long-term 1 bedroom self contained apartment to rent, maximum 1 year. In Manchester area, preferably CHORLTON, DIDSBURY, HULME OR CHEADLE
- Apartment is fine, would love a semi-detached or standard house
- Guarantors are a solicitor firm owner who’s my uncle, and my brother who owns a production company.
- Can provide Evidence of savings.
- I would get £775 a month by DHSS to pay rent. And I receive around 800 on top of that, so I could top up rent myself, maximum £850
My current tenancy ends in NOVEMBER, but I can move in as soon as possible.
