We have a spacious 4 bed house in Tunstall Road, Canterbury, CT2 for STUDENT rental.
We are in the process of renovating so don’t want to put up inside pics until fully renovated.
Important information - This is a student rental accommodation only!
There are two rooms with double beds and two rooms with small double beds.
Property will come fully furnished with new bathroom including power shower and brand new kitchen. New flooring throughout.
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and fridge.
Microwave, toaster and kettle etc.
We are only offering a single tenancy so looking for 4 student friends that will take the property together. £139 pw for each double room, and £115 pw for each for small double room.
We are open to have a couple in the largest room and charge a little extra for two sharing this room.
Available between the 18th and 25th of August depending when we complete renovations and fully furnish the property.
Please contact if serious and if you are interested in securing the property for August we can discuss a security deposit to hold the property until ready to move in.
Property can be seen before finished but had a lot of interest so will be group viewings on a designated Saturday morning.
