Hi,
As I am currently living abroad, I am renting out my awesome flat in East End. I am looking for a young professional or a student (possibly a couple, then rent is £650/month). The property is vacated on the 10th of September, with a possible move-in date a few days earlier.

The flat is sunny, roomy and quiet. The bathroom was renovated not so long ago. The flat is fully furnished with a washing machine, microwave, mini-oven, pots and pans, and pretty much all I had, and you might need. It is basically like Airbnb, you are ready to move in.

It is located close to Alexandra Park, and within cycling distance to the city centre. There is a train station in proximity and an M8 access point for those travelling by car. There is free parking available on the street.

The rent is £550/month and it is including WiFi. The cost on your side is the rent, the Council Tax (band A) and electricity, which is around £30-60 per month, depending on your consumption. The property has triple-glazed windows, which helps reducing the heat loss. The heating is electric. The deposit is £750, secured by SafeDepositsScotland. The rental period is a minimum of 6 months, and I will favour those who want to stay a longer time.

If you are interested in the flat, please write me a description of yourself and why you make a good candidate. I don't require formal confirmations, but I would like to get to know you a bit beforehand. The better the description, the higher your chances of getting the flat, as there is a lot of interest; I will be picking the most suitable candidates for viewing only.
