The apartment has 1 bedroom and is furnished, including kitchen ‘white goods’, it is located in Minster Court a much sought after gated estate off Myrtle Street, L7. This gives easy access to city centre, Royal Liverpool Hospital and University areas.

The apartment is on the second floor and comprises an access balcony, a secure porch, entrance hall, a double bedroom with large built in wardrobe, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and a bright large lounge / dining room with patio doors onto a small balcony.
All heating, including shower and water, is electric. Council tax is band A.
The Minster Court estate has a single point of entry with cameras and security lodge. There are communal gardens and car parking available to residents.

Estate management charges covering estate maintenance, external lighting and security will be paid by the landlord. All other bills including fuel, water rates, council tax, tv and internet will be the responsibility of the tenant.


The rent is £675 paid in advance per calendar month. The deposit is £750 therefore a total of £1425 will be required before moving in. The deposit will be protected by a government backed Deposit Protection Scheme. Prospective tenants will be expected to prove ability to pay the rent and other bills and provide references from previous landlords and employers.
