Vintage Epson Stylus Pro XL+ Photo-Quality Colour Inkjet Printer – A3+ (Collection Only)
Manufacturers Overview:
The Epson Stylus Pro XL+ superseded the popular Stylus Pro XL and featured improvements in performance capabilities including the 720 dpi printing speed. It delivers accurate full bleed A3 colour proofs with crop marks and footnotes, handles paper sizes from A6 to A3+ (329 x 483 mm) and has print resolutions of up to 720 dpi - even on plain paper.
Nozzle configuration: 64 nozzles (black)
3 x 16 nozzles (Magenta, Cyan, Yellow)
This large, impressive and very rare piece of kit (it weighs 10Kg!) has been unused for many years in my store room (although it was in full working order then). It therefore may well require new ink cartridges (these appear to be inexpensive on eBay). It powers up as it should, but has not been tested beyond that.
It comes complete with power cable, User Manual (printed!) and 2 No. 3.5” floppy disks of software.
It has both Centronics & Serial input ports (although Centronics to USB conversion cables are also inexpensive).
Collection only (from Ross-on-Wye) I’m afraid, due to the weight.
