As an accredited pastoral therapist, who has undergone recovery from anxiety and addictions, my approach is primarily oriented towards a combination of Twelve-Step and CRT methods. I will, however, draw flexibly on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailored to suit the client's needs and preferences.

As we go along we will discover and monitor, as part of an ongoing dialogue, what seems to be more or less helpful to the client. I will encourage the client to take the lead in terms of what they might want us to explore it.

I will seek to help you use all your personal and life resources - thoughts, feelings, strengths, convictions, relationships, and more - to increase the freedom you have to make the choices and changes you want.

I hold a Ministry Degree from the Christian Leadership University of San Bernardino. I am also developing my formation at Theology of the Body Institute and have a proficient understanding of struggles related to human sexuality.

I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, addictions, trauma, stress, and difficulties with relationships/marriage communication and employment, amongst others. My primary expertise is in addiction/co-dependency and anxiety.

George is very compassionate, caring, attentive and understanding, He clearly has a deep life experience that he is able to match with his professional expertise. So far this has been the best and safest therapeutic service I have received, especially in light of the sensitive nature of what I am struggling to overcome.

My marriage was at breaking point. With difficulties communicating and issues with addiction. As a last shot of saving our marriage my husband and I decided to try counselling and thankfully we came across George, he's not only helped with our communicating and difficulties with addiction but allowed us to realise what was our core personal problems that was making things difficult within our relationship. I'm thankful that we have found the right counsellor that has time for us not only in our paid session but the pastrol care in-between is outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone that is having difficulties
