Used has some marks on the frame with folding and transporting see photo this model has the painted frame so it marks but it’s a nice finish rather than plain steel
Anyone with an older disabled child will know a major buggy isn’t ideal and a wheelchair is not comfy
This has everything you need for comfort

This comes with the hood and lap straps it did not come with a harness but you can buy one or use one you may all ready have
