The set includes 2 drills and 4 batteries.
The drills have been used before so please do expect to see signs of use.
A couple of batteries lifespan isn’t very long, a couple of batteries last longer than the others but however you can still get use out of them.
The drill in the case has hardly been used mainly stored in the case.
