An early 3-litre example finished in Schwartz with a matching black leather interior, we understand this low mileage example was first registered in 1977 to a businessman in Japan, who kept the 930 until 1999, at which point the car arrived into the United Kingdom. Having been stored for a number of years, in 2024 the 930 underwent a program of recommissioning with marque specialists. Paul Horne at German Auto Solutions in Uppingham carried out this work, with the braking system being overhauled by Martin Reed in Barnstaple. Since then the Porsche has received a full service by specialists Williams Crawford, including a fresh MoT certificate (valid to February 2026), and a full set of new Pirelli Rosso tyres fitted to refurbished Fuchs wheels. The coachwork has been treated to professional paint correction and ceramic coating.
With now 86,000 miles recorded, this matching numbers example is offered complete with documentation from the factory confirming specification, owner’s handbook, also a number of receipts and documents covering the various works completed. With values currently firming up for the 930 model, this headturning 70s supercar presents a wonderful opportunity for collectors.
