The service I received from this company was second to none. Florinda and Jani are lovely people and the guys on the team are some of the most hardworking men that I have seen for years. In just three days they removed an old, well worn patio and replaced it with a gorgeous, modern one which has taken my garden to another level. They take pride in their work and even the tiniest detail must be perfect. I LOVE it and so does everybody who has seen it. I appreciate the courtesy, respect and consideration shown to this old lady by everyone involved in the project. I recommend them 100% and would use them again, in a heartbeat. The latest count shows that there are almost a million words in the English vocabulary. Well I only need three to describe my experience with Rooster……’SIMPLY THE BEST.’

I first found Jani and Florinda and their team (Rooster) online whilst searching for contractors in the local area to do a full renovation of my 2 bed/1 bath apartment. From day 1 it was clear I had found some incredible contractors, they went over and above to help me achieve my vision with my renovation whilst inputting valuable ideas/insight to further add depth to my designs. They were incredibly professional throughout the three-month project, with excellent communication. They were also extremely conscientious of noise and the neighbours/communal areas whilst regularly cleaning the apartment and wider areas to leave minimal footprint. With a background in development/construction myself, I can confidently say they are amongst the best I have ever worked with and I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family looking to undertake projects. This was a very important build for us and we were on a very tight budget. The team made sure that we could have everything we needed at a price we could afford. The project was then broken down into staged payments so that we paid for what had been done. The team are very family oriented and were a delight to get to know. Their work ethic is strong and I know that they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at every stage. Of course there were hiccups and delays, but tell me a build that doesn’t experience that at some point?! Anyway, the end result is a beautiful extension that will make our lives as full time carers not only easier but will add quality to our lives. We are full of admiration and thanks for a job very well done, with us and our family at the centre from start to finish. Thank you Rooster!

Rooster Construction have done several jobs for us totalling thousands of pounds and every time they have exceeded our expectations. Jani, is absolutely incredible. One of the most talented people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. His creativity, attention to detail and absolute skill is nothing short of genius. Florinda, who works in partnership with him, is equally as impressive. She brings complimentary insights to ensure any project is personalised and meets both aesthetic and practical requirements. Co-workers Alex and Simon are also fantastic. The entire team are hard-working, polite, considerate and friendly with a focused work ethic. Been planning for home renovation for couple years, finally we able to do it this year. It’s a three bed Semi-detached whole house reno, we wanted new kitchen, new bathrooms, new walls, floors etc…. so a big project, Rooster construction responded to my post within hours and arranged initial reviewing within days. Father and son showed up on the day, they listened to our ideas, take all the measures and make recommendations, we had a very good impression on the team which lead us to go them when their quote came through. The project took just over 4 months to complete, the team showed up on time every day. Our house is very old, few surprises on upstairs wall came up during the project, some of them pose structure risks to the building which was very stressful to us, thankfully Jani kept the additional cost to a minimum so we could stay within our budget margin. Jani always try to find solutions for problems instead of asking us just buy new ones instead. We have walls removed and built, the work they did are very very solid. We used to have squeaky floors now they are gone. The rooms feel so much warmer with the new insulation on the walls and floors. We had a problem with fitting the washing machine on the kitchen island as I bought the free standing washing machine instead of built in one, it was too big to be fitted as the back of the washing would stick out from the Island, I was worried I might have to exchange it to the fitted one instead, something that I don’t like as they have small capacities, doesn’t server well to our family of four. I am very happy with Jani’s solution to this problem, my kitchen island looks beautiful! They correct their mistakes very quickly, one of the builder accidently drilled to the water pipe that hidden on the ceiling when fitting the bi-fold doors, I noticed the ceiling leaking next day got very worried, made a call, they turned up straight away, figured out where the problem was, removed all the damped insulations, dried the wall, repaired the pipe and reinstall back, so problem sorted. They also helped us with material finding and purchases, picking up collection orders, find best price for what we need, something we are very grateful, no renovation is stress free, they have helped me take as much stress away as possible. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of their work, it’s the right decision to go with Rooster Construction. Definitely will work with them again on future projects.
