Property Solutions was the BEST ! I’ve lived in this house for 30 years and did all my own DIY …(make of that what you will) They did everything I asked them to do and a little bit more. I am absolutely thrilled with how they handled the work and the finished great results. They were professional and courteous at all times and even though I have two large dogs they didn’t complain. I’ve given them 5* because I will use them again. Also whatever I wanted they would say ‘you’re the boss’! But having said that they would steer me right at times Good people.

Property Solutions fully renovated our bathroom, laid new flooring throughout the flat, painted/decorated and carried out electrical work. They were fantastic, especially Linda who communicated clearly, promptly and flexibly throughout the work. The work ran over slightly, but the team worked hard and flexibly to address this and were great at proposing solutions when issues with the flat cropped up along the way, as well as sharing general advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Property Solutions, especially to anyone who needs a team with varied skills.

I had a quote about 10% cheaper but I could tell these guys were more professional. It helped that they had an office as-well. They work to at a very high quality which I know I wouldn’t have got with the other company.
