I contacted James a while ago re a downstairs toilet not flushing and i wanted new kitchen taps. He responded very quickly and came to look at our toilet .he did some things and had a different part in the van which he thought he would try to see if it worked ., it didn’t, he then said he would come back to take the toilet out and refit the kitchen taps. I also showed him our bathroom as were thinking of changing our shower etc,i thought he was interested but after that day i kept ringing him to see if he could repair our taps , but he wasn’t interested . In the end i gave up and got someone else in who came the next day and did a brilliant job !!
